Shanghai Bangkun operates one mold shop, two injection molding shops, and one assembly shop. These facilities work in tandem to form a complete production supply chain, ensuring full control over the entire process from R&D to delivery.

Mold Shop

As the core starting point of the company's full supply chain, the mold shop focuses on the independent R&D, design, and manufacturing of precision molds for cups and kettles (such as thermos flasks, coffee pots, and plastic cups), serving as the solid foundation for product precision and quality.

  •  Core Competencies: With years of deep industry expertise, we specialize in developing molds with complex structures. We utilize high-quality mold steels such as P20 and S136 to precisely meet the mass production requirements of food-grade containers.
  •  Equipment and Processes: Equipped with a full suite of precision machining equipment, including CNC machining centers, precision EDM machines, wire cutting machines, and CNC grinding machines; Our process spans 3D modeling → mold flow analysis → precision machining → polishing → trial molding → modification, with full in-house control over the entire workflow to effectively ensure mold longevity and operational stability.
  • Team Strengths: Our core technical team members each have over 10 years of experience in the mold industry and are well-versed in the molding characteristics of food-grade plastics such as Tritan, PP, and ABS, enabling us to quickly respond to customers' customized mold development needs.

Injection Molding Workshops

The company operates two large-scale injection molding workshops, forming a large-scale, automated precision injection molding production system. We are capable of handling both in-house mold manufacturing and OEM/ODM injection molding services for clients, serving as the cornerstone of our production capacity and quality assurance.

  • Workshop Focus: Specializing in high-speed, precision injection molding of food-grade plastic components (cup bodies, lid caps, inner liners, various accessories, etc.), the workshop flexibly accommodates diverse production needs ranging from small-batch customization to large-scale mass production.
  •  Equipment Configuration: Equipped with nearly 30 injection molding machines, including high-speed precision machines, multi-cavity molding machines, and other models; supported by automated feeding, raw material drying, mold temperature control, chillers, and robotic automation systems. This enables fully automated processing from raw materials to finished parts, significantly reducing human intervention and enhancing production stability.
  • Quality Control: We strictly adhere to ISO 9001 quality management standards, with real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as injection temperature, pressure, and cycle time throughout the entire process. Raw materials undergo mandatory inspection upon receipt, while molded parts are subject to a comprehensive inspection mechanism that includes 100% inspection of the first piece, in-process spot checks, and random sampling of finished products. This ensures products are free of burrs and air bubbles, maintain consistent dimensions, and comply with food contact safety standards.
  • Coordination Between Two Production Workshops: The two injection molding workshops operate with clear divisions of labor and efficient coordination. Workshop 1 focuses on the production of small precision parts (such as components for cup lids), while Workshop 2 specializes in large structural parts (such as thermos outer shells and main components for plastic cups). Production capacity can be flexibly allocated based on order requirements to ensure rapid order fulfillment.

Assembly Workshop

As the final and critical stage before products leave the factory, the assembly workshop is responsible for the precise assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of finished products-such as thermos flasks and plastic lids-and their components, ensuring that complete and compliant products are delivered to customers.

  • Core Operations: The workshop receives semi-finished products from the two injection molding shops and completes the full assembly process for products such as vacuum flasks, plastic lids, and plastic cups. This includes component matching, pressing, thread tightening, seal testing, surface cleaning, logo hot stamping/screen printing, leak testing, and functional testing of finished products.
  • Production Line and Efficiency: We operate using a standardized assembly line workflow, equipped with dedicated assembly jigs and related equipment. All workshop staff possess extensive assembly experience and are proficient in food-grade product assembly standards, effectively ensuring assembly precision and production efficiency, with stable and controllable daily production capacity.
  • Final Inspection and Packaging: We strictly enforce a "100% full inspection" standard, focusing on product seal integrity, thermal insulation performance, cosmetic defects, and component completeness. Qualified products are packaged in strict accordance with customer requirements, with proper product labeling and traceability management to ensure products are delivered to customers in perfect condition.

Advantages of Workshop Collaboration

From the mold shop (in-house mold manufacturing) → two major injection molding shops (precision molding) → the assembly shop (finished product integration), Shanghai Bangkun has achieved full self-reliance and control across the entire industrial chain. Its core advantages are as follows:

1. Controllable Quality: With in-house R&D and production across all stages-molding, injection molding, and assembly-quality control is implemented at every level to ensure the safety and reliability of food-grade products.

2. Efficient Delivery: Through seamless coordination across workshops, we offer a one-stop service for molds and products, enabling rapid response to custom client requirements and significantly shortening order lead times.

3. Flexible Production: Molds can be adapted for multiple product categories, injection molding workshops can flexibly adjust production, and assembly lines can be customized to meet client needs, fully satisfying the diverse order requirements of different customers.
